- High-Efficiency Compressor: The bottom-mounted cooling system uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant to maintain a steady temperature range of 33°F to 40°F. It is engineered to perform reliably even in ambient temperatures up to 100°F.
- Smart Airflow: Features a digital controller with an automatic defrost system. The fan-forced cooling ensures cold air circulates evenly to all corners of the cabinet, keeping produce crisp and drinks cold.

We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new condition. Please note: a 20% restocking fee applies to commercial addresses and 30% to residential addresses. Buyer is responsible for return freight.

Professional LTL Freight Delivery
At EQCHEN, we partner with premier LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers to ensure your commercial equipment is handled with the highest level of care and professionalism.
1. Shipping Areas & Exclusions
We offer free standard freight shipping to the Contiguous United States (Lower 48 states). Currently, we do not ship to:
- Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), Puerto Rico (PR), and US Territories.
- P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or residential island addresses requiring ferry service.
2. Delivery Timeline (2-7 Business Days)
We strive to get your business up and running as fast as possible:
- Order Processing: 1–3 business days.
- Transit Time: 1–4 business days via our regional hubs (NJ, GA, CA, TX).
- Total Estimated Delivery: 2–7 business days.
3. Curbside Delivery & Liftgate Service
To align with industry standards for heavy commercial equipment:
- Curbside Delivery: All deliveries are "Curbside." This means the driver will deliver the unit to your address's curb or loading dock. Drivers are not authorized to move equipment inside the building, up stairs, or perform installation.
- Free Liftgate Service: We provide complimentary Liftgate service for all commercial addresses to safely lower the unit from the truck to the ground.
4. Receiving Protocol (Critical Action Required)
Your signature on the Delivery Receipt (BOL) confirms the item was received in good condition. Before the driver leaves:
- Inspect the external packaging and the unit for any dents or scratches.
- If damage is found, you MUST write "Damaged Upon Arrival" on the BOL or Refuse the Shipment.
- Failure to note damage on the BOL releases the carrier and EQCHEN from liability for shipping damage.
Note: Residential deliveries or locations requiring limited access (e.g., schools, construction sites) may incur additional fees. Please contact us prior to ordering if you are unsure of your location's classification.

1. 30-Day Return Eligibility
Regularly stocked products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they meet the following strict criteria:

New Condition: The unit must be unused, undamaged, and with all original protective films intact.

Original Packaging: The unit must be secured in its original shipping crate and packaging. Returns without original packaging may be refused or subject to additional fees.

LTL Freight: For large equipment, returns must be shipped via LTL Freight to one of our regional hubs (NJ, GA, CA, or TX).
2. Restocking Fees
To cover the cost of processing items back into stock and technical inspection, a restocking fee will be deducted from your return credit:

Commercial Locations: A 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Residential Locations: A 30% restocking fee will be applied.

Non-Refundable Charges: Original shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
3. Items Ineligible for Return
We are unable to accept returns for the following:

Consumable Products: To ensure health, safety, and shelf-life standards.

Customized Products: Any units built or modified to specific customer requirements.

Special Orders & Drop Ships: Not all Special Order products or products shipped directly from the manufacturer can be returned. These require prior authorization from our Customer Solutions Specialists.
4. Shipping Responsibility

Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. This includes any brokerage fees, duties, and taxes for international returns.

Defective Items: If a unit is confirmed defective upon arrival by our technicians, EQCHEN will cover the return shipping costs and waive the restocking fee for a full refund or replacement.
5. Refund Methods & Processing
Refunds are issued based on the original payment method, with the following exceptions:

Alternative Payment Methods: If the original payment was made via Wire Transfer, Check, ACH, or a Leasing Agreement, the refund will be issued as a Refund Credit for future use.

Closed Accounts: If we are unable to process a refund to your original payment method (e.g., a closed credit card), you will receive a Refund Credit.

Timeline: Once the unit arrives at our hub and passes inspection, approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

7. How to Initiate a Return
