1. 30-Day Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The unit must be in New Condition (unused, with original protective films intact).
  • The unit must be secured in its Original Shipping Crate and Packaging.
  • Returns must be shipped via LTL Freight to one of our regional hubs.

2. $0 Restocking Fee & Refund Terms

We believe in straightforward pricing, which is why we offer a 100% Refund of the Purchase Price:

  • $0 Restocking Fees: Unlike competitors who charge 25-30%, we charge $0 for items returned in new condition.
  • Defective Items: If the unit is defective upon arrival, EQCHEN covers all return shipping costs and issues a 100% full refund.
  • Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind): While we refund 100% of the item price, the customer is responsible for the actual return freight costs. The original outbound shipping cost is non-refundable.

4. Refund Process

  1. Initiation: Contact sales@eqchen.com with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
  2. Inspection: Once the unit arrives at our hub (NJ, GA, CA, or TX), our technicians will inspect it for "New Condition" status.
  3. Credit: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days back to your original payment method.

*Items returned without original packaging or in used condition may be subject to a reduction in refund amount based on the diminished value of the product.
